2020 APA Practice Leadership Conference - March 7th - 10th, 2020

The Practice Leadership Conference (PLC) brings together psychologists from the State, Provincial, and Territorial Psychological Associations (SPTAs) across the U.S. and Canada, along with APA governance and a few divisions. PLC is an opportunity for SPTA leaders to network and converse about professional issues, association management challenges, and trends occurring at the state and federal level. This year’s conference focused on “Maximizing the Impact of State and Federal Advocacy”.

Chapple-Love, Diversity delegate and Wendi O'Connor, Executive Director.

Advocacy Efforts on Capitol Hill, March 10th, 2020

Our NPA delegation met with Nevada Senator Cortez Masto, Senator Rosen, Congressman Horsford, Congressman Amodei, Congresswoman Titus and Congresswoman Lee to discuss these important issues.
